I was analysing a slope with 2 layers of mattresses beneath a 8m high wall.
I was unable to analyse it,repeatedly getting an error Interna error"EAccess violation @address...etc."

Please send us the version of demo and printscreen from program or data entered. (Data saving is not allowed in demoversion.) But the bug has been probably solved anyway. You can check it by downloading the lastest version at http://www.finesoftware.eu/download/demo/
